이 연구의 목적은 대장암 세포주 SW480 및 SW1116을 사용하여 대장암에 대한 이버멕틴의 영향을 평가합니다.
결론부터 말씀드리면 이버멕틴이 ROS 생성을 증가시키고 S기의 세포 주기를 억제하여 세포 사멸 경로에서 중요한 분자인 Caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, PARP 및 Cleaved-PARP의 발현을 억제하여 결장암 세포를 억제할 수 있음을 입증했습니다.
따라서 현재 결과는 이버멕틴이 인간 대장암 및 기타 암을 치료하기 위한 잠재적인 새로운 항암제가 될 수 있음을 나타냅니다.
